Anthony Bourdain in Cambodia

Recently, Anthony Bourdain traveled to Cambodia for his show “No Reservations.”  Returning to Cambodia after ten years he felt that the spirit of the people had positively transformed, but the country still has more rebuilding to do.  He spoke to the locals about Cambodia’s devastating genocide by the Khmer Rouge from 1975 to 1979 and also about the present state of the country.  View clips and photos from the episode:

Volunteers in Cambodia’s orphanages are filling a desperate need as many children lost their families to poverty, disease, abandonment, and many other lingering effects of war. In addition to helping in orphanages, volunteers in Cambodia can also participate in HIV/AIDS Prevention, International Health, and English Education Programs.”
