Experiences of a Buddhist Immersion Participant

There were so many interesting experiences. I loved going to Bangkok on the Chinese New Year, traveling to Kanchanburi province and seeing the Bridge over the River Kwai, spending a week in Chiang Mai in northern Thailand, visiting the beautiful beaches in the south. The time I spent at the Wat teaching and learning about Buddhism and meditation was especially meaningful; I will take what I learned here as I move forward in my ‘real life’ back in the U.S.
